Collaborative study on RNA-binding protein Musashi-1(MSI1) published

Helen Zhu (MSc graduate of Reimand lab) and Jüri Reimand collaborated with Dr. Sheila Singh and team at McMaster University on a comprehensive multi-omics characterisation of the RNA-binding protein Musashi-1 (MSI1) in the pediatric brain cancer medulloblastoma to identify candidate targets for therapy development. The study was published in Nature Communications.
