Publication: directional multi-omics integration with DPM

Mykhaylo Slobodyanyuk, Alec Bahcheli, Zoe Klein, Masroor Bayati, Lisa Strug (SickKids) and Jüri Reimand published DPM, a data fusion method that integrates multi-omics datasets for gene prioritisation, biomarker discovery and pathway enrichment analysis by finding genes and proteins with significant and directionally consistent changes across data modalities. The open-source software is available from CRAN and GitHub as part of the ActivePathways package.
